Shipping & Delivery — The Lumere Collection

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events) delivery may take slightly longer.

Tracking: All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping costs: Displayed at checkout before payment.

Lost or delayed packages: If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us at lumersupport@gmail.com and we'll investigate immediately.
